Wolferman's redesigned site allows catalog purchases online [Source: Internet Retailer]

Wolferman's, a Kansas City, MO-based seller of specialty foods online and via catalogs, has launched a redesigned web site with enhanced functionality for gift giving, search and reporting.
The site enables shoppers to purchase items from its catalogs by entering a product number at on a "Catalog Quick Shop" page. A link to the page is posted on the site's home page. Wolferman's also plans to develop an online catalog, said Laura Brady, general manager.
The new site showcases Wolferman's gourmet foods and gifts, including its popular Signature English Muffins.
Wolferman's decided to use Warp 9's Internet Commerce System platform for the redesigned site because because of its marketing focus and expertise in the catalog industry, said Chandra Kelly, Wolferman's e-commerce manager. "These strengths made for a perfect fit," she said. "Our relationship with Warp 9 will enable us to grow the web side of our business, while providing a much improved shopping experience for our customers."
In addition to English muffins, Wolferman's sells scones, tea breads and crumpets, toppings, deserts, premium teas and specially blended coffees.
